All measuring equipment must comply with strict procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout its use. Measuring equipment will be periodically inspected and calibrated every 3 to 6 months, depending on the technical requirements and actual condition of the equipment. In addition, unscheduled inspections will be conducted when there is a request or when problems with the calibration and operation of the equipment are detected.

We always put quality first with a strict input material inspection process. This process helps to ensure that all materials used meet standards, from receiving inspection requests to processing and handover. The QC department is responsible for monitoring and implementing inspection steps, ensuring that the final products are always of the best quality. This process is our commitment to customers for transparency and high standards in all products.

The QC department receives information of orders, including standards, processing drawings and details from related departments, and updates the information into the management system. The QC manager will check the requirements, if they meet the requirements, they will allocate human resources and measuring equipment to perform product quality inspection. The inspection steps include initial product inspection, final product inspection and processing inspection. After inspection, the QC department will stamp “PASS” on the details according to the drawing size, then report the shipment and handover to the customer. All documents and records related to the inspection process are carefully stored to ensure transparency and traceability.

The product packaging process at IDEA is as follows:

  • Product cleaning: The product is thoroughly cleaned; stainless steel parts are cleaned with alcohol, steel parts are coated with anti-rust oil.
  • Product protection: The product is wrapped tightly with PE film, bubble wrap or PE Foam to avoid scratches and impacts.
  • Crating: Products are packed in crates with shock-absorbing lining; assembled machine parts and complete machines are packed separately.
  • Labeling and documentation: Attach checklist, packing list, and CO-CQ documents if required.
  • Inspection: QC Manager and production manager inspect packaging and labeling.
  • Crating: The packing staff completes the crating to ensure the safety of the product during transportation.
  • Record keeping: QC department maintains all documents and images related to the packaging process.
