IDONKEY 自動搬送車 – IGR-UPA は、コンパクトで超低床構造を採用し、高積載能力を備えたAGVです。工場内の自動搬送をコスト効率良く実現します。特長として、超低床設計により最大積載量は1000kg、保守や拡張が容易なモジュール設計を採用しています。また、リチウム電池または鉛蓄電池に対応し、自動充電オプションも利用可能です。
導入例としては、台車の下に潜り込んで搬送する方法や、ピントルを持ち上げて台車を牽引する方法、さらに台車を隣接配置したまま搬送することも可能です。高度なモジュール設計により、IGR-UPAシリーズは多様な構成に対応し、一方向AGVから双方向AGVへのアップグレードや高さ・長さのカスタマイズにも柔軟に対応します。
