Company Trip Nha Trang 2025 marked a significant milestone for IDEA Group, bringing together members from Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang to the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang for a 3-day celebration.

Day 1 – Journey & High-Energy Teambuilding Activities
Early in the morning, the IDEA team departed from Ho Chi Minh City full of excitement, while members of ITSC started their journey from Da Nang at dawn.
Despite the early departure, everyone was enthusiastic and energized for the days ahead
the vibrant spirit of the recent April 30th national celebration – 50 years of reunification.
In the afternoon, the beachfront teambuilding session kicked off with thrilling challenges that sparked energy and teamwork.
Strategic games, physical activities, and spirit-testing challenges brought IDEA members closer than ever. Loud cheers echoed across the beach as team members supported one another, showcasing a united, dynamic image of IDEA from the very first day.
Day 2 – Relaxation on Hon Tam Island & Elegant Gala Dinner
In the morning, the team explored the stunning natural beauty of Hon Tam Island – a gem in Nha Trang. With crystal-clear water, soft white sands, and fresh sea breezes, the visit offered a peaceful and refreshing experience.

After the island adventure, preparations began for a meaningful and elegant Gala Dinner on the final night of the trip.
The Gala Dinner – “15 Years – One Dream, One Journey” – was held in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, bringing IDEA and ITSC together to celebrate this special milestone.

The Gala Dinner evening began with a powerful dance performance set to the song “Glory Awaits Us.” This vibrant number set the tone for the night, symbolizing IDEA’s ambitious spirit and its journey toward new victories.

Following the performance, IDEA Group Chairman Mr. Do Hoang Trung gave an emotional speech, reflecting on 15 years of growth and expressing heartfelt gratitude to all employees and partners. His words inspired pride and renewed determination for the future.

An engaging highlight of the evening was the game “Quick Recall – Sharp Response,” featuring questions on IDEA’s history, core values, and company culture. The game strengthened bonds among departments while reinforcing shared values and pride in the organization.

After laughter-filled rounds, the evening transitioned into a cozy dinner full of clinking glasses, hearty laughter, and meaningful conversations – fostering not just connection but true camaraderie.
The night’s climax was the award ceremony for the teambuilding and knowledge game winners. Applause filled the room as each winning team was recognized

The night ended with a proud and heartfelt moment – the entire IDEA family uniting on stage to sing the company’s traditional anthem, symbolizing shared dreams and unwavering determination.

After three meaningful days together, the IDEA Company Trip 2025 concluded with heartfelt goodbyes and renewed energy. Each member returned not only with beautiful memories and laughter but with a stronger spirit and belief in the road ahead.
