3. Machine manufacturing

The machine manufacturing process usually includes the following main steps:

Create production order:

Once the solution has been approved and ordered by the customer, we proceed to detailed project planning. This phase includes creating technical drawings, selecting materials, and issuing production orders to departments such as mechanical design, electrical design, assembly planning, and purchasing.

Assembly, Inspection and Testing:

The above departments receive, analyze and deploy according to the plan, then the related parts are assembled into a complete machine. We conduct a comprehensive test run and inspection to ensure the machine operates according to the design, including functional, safety and quality testing.

Shipping and Installation:

The complete machine will be packed and shipped to the customer’s location. Our technical team will support on-site installation and commissioning to ensure the machine works as required.

After sales support:

After installation, we provide maintenance and technical support services, ensuring that the machinery always operates stably and efficiently.

Case 1: The customer does not have a drawing and wants to automate the process.

If the customer does not have a specific drawing and only has an idea or need for automation, we require the following information:

Automation Requirements: Describe the automation goals and needs, including the processes to be automated and desired production improvements.

Required Functions: Identify the specific functions the automation system needs to perform, such as assembly, quality control, packaging, or internal shipping.

Automation Level: Provides information about the desired level of automation, from semi-automation to full automation.

Production scale and environment: Information on current production scale and working environment (e.g. temperature, humidity, safety conditions) to ensure appropriate design.

Case 2: Customer already has drawings or available machinery

If the customer already has technical drawings or existing machinery, we require to provide:

Engineering Drawings: Submit existing engineering drawings of the system or equipment to be fabricated, including detailed mechanical, electrical, and control drawings.

Existing Machinery Information: Provide detailed information about existing machinery, including specifications, operating status, and any necessary improvements.

On-site survey: If necessary, we can conduct on-site survey at customer’s production facility to collect more detailed information and accurately assess technical requirements.

Both of these cases require a thorough discussion between our engineering team and the customer to ensure that the customer’s requirements are clearly understood and the system is designed to meet their needs.
